Chemistry Headstart Mastery Workshop

Chemistry Headstart Mastery Workshop

Many students face problems when they make the transition from Sec 1 & 2 General Science to Upper Secondary Sec 3, especially in the subject of Chemistry.

They are shock at the amount of Chemistry Theories that they need to understand and memorise. In fact, only about 15% of Chemistry Syllabus need to be memorise, with the other 85% based on understanding & applications.

Many of the schools has also failed to emphasize the importance in some of the essential concepts that ALL Chemistry students must know.

“This programme has benefited me in many ways. Normally, teachers do not cover 100% of a topic so its difficult when it comes to answering questions. However, this programme cover the remaining percent which the teacher have not covered, plus the usual stuff, in an in-depth comprehensive manner. Moreover, Mr Sean Chua is an extremely jovial person and a nice coach to teach us Chemistry. Thank you!”

“I personally feel that this Chemistry Headstart programme is beneficial and informative. The key chapters are highly emphasised on which allow us to get a deeper understanding of the topic. Common mistakes are also pointed out to ensure we do not repeat them. Although many topics were gone through in a total of 8hrs, I felt that I understood it well despite the intensity.”
