Statistics & Probability are one of the three major components in E-Math beside Numbers & Algebra, Geometry.
In Statistics & Probability, all the various tools like stem and leaf, dot diagrams, cumulative frequency curve, mean, median, mode, standard deviation, quartile & interquartile range are completely discussed.
Many of our participants appreciate the sharing of ‘Calculator usage’ in solving Mean & Standard Deviation which is not taught in some schools. A handful is also amazed at how a probability question can be simplified through a ‘modified’ tree diagram to arrive at the answer within 2 – 3 steps as compared to them cracking their head and still not able to answer the question.
