PAYMENT POLICY
1. Fees are collected on an eight – lessons cycle for every subject.
2. Subsequent payment for the next eight – lessons cycle is to be made on the 6th lesson of the current cycle. (A sms will be sent before the 6th lesson)
3. Unless otherwise notified, there is no lesson on gazetted public holidays and is non-chargeable.
4. We accept Cheque / Cash payment. All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Winners Education Group, with your child’s full name written at the back.
5. Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of first lesson.
ABSENTEESIM POLICY
1. It is student and parent’s responsibility to inform us in advance via email or sms if you cannot attend any of the scheduled lessons.
2. There is NO replacement class for any lessons missed. Programme materials for the lesson missed will be emailed to student within 3 days.
3. There is NO refund or pro-rate of the programme fee should a student be unable to attend the lessons, regardless of reasons of absence.
4. Unless otherwise notified in advance, Winners Education Group runs an ongoing curriculum during March, June and September holidays. Students are required to attend the lessons as per normal during school holidays and these lessons are chargeable. Above mentioned absenteeism policy applies.
LESSON POLICY
1. Winners Education Group reserves the right to withdraw any student from our programme when he fails to adopt the right learning attitude after a period of observation.
2. Students who have missed out majority of the lessons due to late commencement are strongly encouraged to supplement their weekly coaching with our Mastery Workshops, Intensive Revision Programme held from June to September period.
3. Due to the unique structure of our programme materials and notes, Winners Education Group reserves the right to reject any request for backdated or postdated materials and notes.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. A written withdrawal notification must be emailed to Winners Education Group (admin@WinnersEducation.com) by the 6th lesson of the current fee cycle.
2. Student must complete attending the remaining lessons of the current fee cycle and there is NO refund of programme fee.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. All materials, knowledge and information from our centre are protected by the Copyrights Amendment Act. Any person / Party found to reproduce, copy, disseminate, use or caused to be used, of any of our materials, knowledge and information shall be liable for compensation to Winners Education Group should any of such infringement occur. Winners Education Group reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions against the Person / Party.
2. While Winners Education Group will exercise due professional care and diligence, we will not be held liable for any accidents sustained in the venue premises, nor be held responsible for the child’s welfare before commencement or after the end of lessons.
3. Winners Education Group reserves the right to use the student’s image, written work, academic results and voice in newspaper, brochures, videos or other promotional materials.
